The complicated nature of construction often leads to some form of litigation. During the litigation process, expert presentation is often necessary. It may take the form of an informal exchange among experts, or may require testimony in a deposition or trial. As an aid in this process, R.W. James & Associates produces large format exhibits to help depict suspect conditions, resultant damage and remedial repair recommendations in a clear and understandable way.
