With the data in an accessible form, we then set out to paint a coherent picture of the project, its suspect conditions, and the extent of the resultant damage.

Toward this end, two primary work products are produced, the Inspection Matrix, as well as the Issue Matrices. Additionally, R.W. James & Associates are often asked to assign responsibility to the various parties involved in the design and construction process. In order to appropriately assign responsibility, we generate a report based upon available documentation, as well as our knowledge of construction practices.
